United Car Wash Club Terms & SMS Terms

These terms apply to United Car Wash Club customer messaging only. Hosting them on Join United Club does not create a shared membership or give United Oil Change Club or United Auto & Tire Repair Club permission to message you.

Car wash services and memberships

The United Car Wash Club service terms govern wash services, memberships, billing, cancellations, and location-specific offers. These SMS terms supplement those service terms and do not change membership prices, benefits, or cancellation rules.

SMS program and consent

The United Car Wash Club SMS program provides recurring automated marketing texts about car wash offers and promotions. It is not a service-reminder program. You must separately choose the optional, initially unchecked SMS marketing checkbox to provide written consent when submitting. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Submitting without that choice will not request SMS marketing or grant email marketing consent.

The web registration form saves your contact details and SMS choice. By checking the optional SMS box and submitting, you provide written consent to the displayed marketing disclosure. We retain that disclosure and your submission as consent evidence. This form does not clear a previous opt-out, purchase a membership, or itself send a message.

Simply providing a phone number, buying a membership, or reading these terms is not SMS consent. Consent applies only to United Car Wash Club and the message purposes you agreed to, not to other United businesses. This page does not enroll you in messaging.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with offers and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any charges under your plan. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a United Car Wash Club text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further recurring messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Stopping SMS does not cancel your membership or change its billing. Contact United Car Wash Club directly for membership cancellation.
