This policy covers United Car Wash Club customer communications and SMS. It is hosted on Join United Club for the car wash business only. It does not cover United Oil Change Club or United Auto & Tire Repair Club, and it does not authorize those businesses to contact you.

Information used for customer communications

When you contact United Car Wash Club or choose to receive its messages, the information you provide can include your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details of your inquiry or membership. SMS opt-in and opt-out information is used to manage your messaging preferences.

SMS consent and your choices

The web SMS program is United Car Wash Club recurring automated marketing texts about car wash offers and promotions, not service reminders. Its separate optional checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, visiting this website, or purchasing a membership does not by itself enroll you in SMS. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and does not grant email marketing consent.

The web registration form saves your name, email, phone number, and SMS choice in our customer management system. We retain the exact consent wording, its version, source page, submission time, and the phone number to which your choice applies. Checking the optional box and submitting provides your written SMS marketing consent. Leaving it unchecked gives no new consent and does not change an existing preference. Existing opt-outs are not cleared by this form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Stopping SMS does not cancel your car wash membership.

Mobile information and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes other United businesses.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted solely to support those services.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We use contracted customer-management and messaging service providers as processors acting on our behalf to store consent evidence and operate communications solely for United Car Wash Club. This processing is not independent third-party sharing: these providers may process the data only to deliver our services, not use it for their own purposes or transfer consent to another business or campaign.

Your SMS consent is not transferable to another business or campaign. Consent evidence is processed by our contracted service providers for United Car Wash Club only.
